Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Core Aviator Training LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Flight-training services
We provide flight instruction in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. All students are expected to comply with FAA rules, TSA security requirements, and Core Aviator Training policies.
Payment terms
To keep things flexible and transparent, we operate on a pay-per-session basis. Payment is due at the conclusion of each flight or ground session. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Any prepaid block rates are non-refundable but remain valid for one year.
Cancellation & no-show policy
- Cancellation: 24 hours' notice is required.
- Late cancellations & no-shows: a fee equivalent to one hour of ground instruction may apply.
- Weather cancellations: no fee if the instructor determines conditions are unsafe.
Messaging compliance (10DLC)
By providing your phone number you may consent to transactional and, separately, promotional messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Your number is used only for Core Aviator Training communications and is never sold.
Data collection & retention
We collect identification (e.g., passport, birth certificate, or driver's license) as required for flight training, and retain records for the duration of training and as required by the FAA (typically three years). We use industry-standard security measures.
Liability
Aviation activities carry inherent risks. Except in cases of gross negligence, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Students acknowledge and accept these risks.
Code of conduct
Professional behavior is expected at all times. Conduct that compromises safety may result in termination of services without refund.
